Industrial, Commercial, Institutional & Residential

Heavy-Duty Epoxy Mortar

An epoxy mortar system is one of the toughest flooring systems you can install—it’s essentially a blend of epoxy resin and graded aggregates (like silica sand) that creates a very dense, high-strength surface.

ESD Flooring

An ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) flooring system is designed to control and safely dissipate static electricity so it doesn’t damage sensitive equipment or create sparks in hazardous environments.

Polyurea Systems

Polyurea systems are high‑performance protective coatings designed for concrete floors that need to stand up to heavy use. They cure quickly—often within a day—so your space can get back to work fast, and they create a seamless, durable surface that resists impact, abrasion, and many chemicals. Ideal for garages, warehouses, and industrial or commercial spaces, polyurea flooring provides long‑lasting protection with attractive, customizable finishes.

Quartz Broadcast

A quartz broadcast system is a multi-layer epoxy or urethane flooring system where colored quartz aggregate is broadcast into wet resin to build thickness, durability, and slip resistance. It’s one of the most popular systems for commercial and institutional floors because it looks clean but performs like a tank.

Polyurethane Cement PUC

Polyurethane cement (often called urethane cement or PU concrete) is a heavy-duty, resin-based flooring system made by combining polyurethane resins, cement, water, and graded aggregates. The result is a thick, seamless surface that behaves a lot like concrete—but with far better resistance to heat, moisture, impact, and chemicals.

Decorative Flake

A decorative flake system (also called a vinyl chip system) is a multi-layer epoxy or polyaspartic floor where colored flakes are broadcast into a base coat to create a textured, durable, and visually appealing finish. It’s one of the most popular systems for garages and residential/commercial spaces because it looks clean, hides imperfections, and performs well.

Polished Concrete

Polished concrete is a mechanical finishing process where a concrete slab is ground, refined, and polished with diamond tooling, then chemically treated to create a smooth, dense, reflective surface—without applying a thick coating on top.

Traffic Coating

A traffic coating system is a flexible, waterproof resin system designed to protect concrete surfaces from vehicle and pedestrian traffic while preventing water intrusion. You’ll see these on parking decks, ramps, balconies, and walkways—anywhere movement, weather, and wear all hit at once.

Traffic Lines & Markings

Warehouse traffic lines and markings are high-visibility coatings applied to concrete floors to control movement, improve safety, and organize workflow inside industrial spaces. They’re not just paint—they’re part of a facility’s safety system.
